Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Shipping & Instant Delivery Policy

All products available on the KALIUM website (Notion creator dashboards, digital eBooks, FL Studio templates, 4K wallpapers, and audio assets) are purely digital products. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship physical tangible goods.

• Fulfillment Method: Upon successful transaction verification via the Razorpay payment gateway, digital download links are generated immediately in your browser interface and synchronized with your Customer Sound Vault.
• Delivery Timeline: Instantaneous (under 60 seconds). A backup fulfillment notification and direct access link are dispatched to your provided email address.
• Shipping Charges: ₹0.00 (Zero shipping fee worldwide).

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of downloadable digital assets (Notion templates, eBooks, DAW templates, audio files, and wallpapers), all completed purchases and voluntary contributions are generally non-refundable once the digital asset has been downloaded or unlocked.

However, customer satisfaction is paramount. We honor refund requests under the following legitimate conditions:

• Duplicate Charges: If technical error results in duplicate charges for the exact same asset, the extra transaction will be fully refunded.
• Corrupted or Unfulfillable Files: If an acquired archive file is technically corrupted or unplayable, and our engineering team cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours of reporting, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Unfulfilled Orders: If payment was deducted but no download access or library authorization occurred.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

1. Email officialkalium@gmail.com within 7 days of your transaction date.
2. Include your full name, email used during checkout, and the Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_).
3. Briefly state the reason for your request (e.g. duplicate payment or download issue).

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original source of payment (UPI VPA, bank account, or credit/debit card). The refund generally reflects in your bank statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking provider.

4. Cancellation Terms for Creative & Production Services

For commissioned music production, sound mixing, or brand sponsorship deliverables contracted through the Rate Card:

• Deposits or milestone retainers cover allocated studio time and preliminary production sprints, and are non-refundable once project kickoff has commenced.
• Detailed cancellation conditions, kill fees, and revision guidelines are defined specifically in the individual client Statement of Work (SOW).
