• Email Address: Collected when downloading free 4K wallpapers, authenticating into your Sound Vault customer library, or receiving purchase receipts.
• Name: Provided optionally during login or commercial campaign lock-in inquiries.
• Transaction Identifiers: Razorpay Payment ID, Order ID, and amount paid. We NEVER receive, view, or store your debit/credit card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank passwords.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard non-identifying server log information (IP address, browser type, referring URL) collected automatically to prevent DDoS attacks and maintain server security.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used exclusively for the following lawful purposes:

• To verify and deliver digital creator tools, wallpapers, and audio assets to your browser.
• To synchronize your acquired files with your Sound Vault customer account.
• To send official payment confirmations and backup download links via email.
• To respond to commercial brand sponsorship proposals submitted via the Rate Card.
• To deliver occasional newsletter updates (only if you explicitly opted into marketing communications). You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

Payment processing services are provided by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When making a payment, your financial details are submitted directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure.

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard technical measures to safeguard customer records. Sensitive server directories (including customer databases and environment secrets) are isolated behind strict server-side access controls and protected by defense-in-depth HTTP security headers (including X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff and X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN).

We retain customer transaction records for as long as necessary to maintain download library persistence and comply with statutory tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.

• Request access to or a summary of your customer record.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
